Bryan hails from New England and received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Management from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, where he was placed on the Dean’s Honor Roll and received a Traynor Honor Society award for academic excellence. While attending McGeorge School of Law, Bryan also received the awards of Top Oral Advocate and Honors in recognition of excellence in oral advocacy. In addition to being admitted into the State Bar of California, Bryan is also admitted into the Eastern District Court of California.
Bryan graduated law school in 2004 and has limited his practice to family law in order to provide the highest level of service to his clients. Bryan owns Ginter Family Law, which is located in North Sacramento/North Natomas, California. Bryan has a special interest in non-adversarial resolution of all family law issues through such vehicles as Mediation and Collaborative Law Process, which allow the parties the opportunity to informally and amicably resolve all issues out of court. Bryan is also a family law litigation attorney, in the event an out-of-court method is not utilized.
